Come to the head and EMPTY YOUR MIND. The head as an icon of the rational, of the mental. Head = Mind. The thoughts as a symbol of the EPHEMERAL. Everything changes, nothing remains. By letting them go away you give yourself a chance: they will not take space in your present, in your NOW. Our proposal: get rid of your thoughts in order to get conscious and to free “your head”. We are all MASTERS , We are all DISCIPLES.
